“Fantastic Service”
I met John through Homedeal.ie I needed a couple of lights replaced with ceiling fan lights, a couple of light fixtures replaced and a couple of floodlights replaced. John was very professional, from our first exchange over email, till I met him in person and saw him in action. An absolute gent and pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend John for all your electrical needs.
Q&A
How did you start your business?
I started my business in October 2022, having noticed while working for a well known contractor in Dublin for a number of years that there was a major shortage of electrical contractors servicing private homes in Dublin and the surrounding counties. I decided late last year after much consideration to attempt to "go it alone" and see if I can bring my skills and customer friendly attitude to a market very much in need.
What makes your services standout?
I genuinely feel my customer focused attitude paired with my punctuality/reliability and attention to detail learned over 20+ years in the electrical trade puts me in a good position to help customers.
What is your top advice for your customers?
My number one piece of advice for customers would be to maintain as much dialogue as you can with your contractor. I always try to talk to my customers as much as possible while on site as I find the more dialogue I have with them, the better I can meet their needs. I also like to explain what I'm doing as I'm doing it as the customer really gets a picture of what they're paying for.
