Keith arrived on time and cracked on straight away with the replacement of my gas heating/hot water boiler. The entire gas connection was pressure tested and a correction made to an existing hob, which had been installed several years earlier. I was unaware until then that the connection was unsatisfactory, and possibly dangerous. He connected the Nest controller and thermostat, ensuring that they were working correctly. He worked very professionally and in a very tidy manner, explaining what he was doing at every stage and the new installation was fully checked before he handed over to me, so there was no need for call backs. All of the debris and old boiler was removed and everywhere was clean. I had every confidence in dealing with KMD and fully recommend them. Good value for money, with a complete breakdown of pricing and great communication from quote to installation. It’s a company that cares about their reputation and ensures complete customer satisfaction.

The boiler in my house broke on the 29th of December 2024. I posted a message on the 31st of December and Keith responded within minutes. He was really honest and helpful.
