Mark arrived on time, surveyed the issue and went off to get the parts. In all, he had the plumbing problem we’ve suffered for the past few months in just a couple of hours. As a family, we liked his demeanour and excellent customer service. He even took the time to survey other unrelated plumbing repairs and gave us free advice. Highly recommended.
