Joe was most courteous, as were the men who work for him. They found the leak quickly and made sure my roof was watertight. The ridge tiles were cleaned and cemented in. The result was excellent, making the ridge tiles look brand new. Unfortunately, it rained hard shortly afterwards and some of the cement washed away. After speaking to Joe and sending some photos, he sent the lads back to touch up the cement between the ridge tiles. I felt that this was not done with the same care and spoke to Joe. He sent the lads back and they completed the job to my satisfaction. The reason I gave 4 stars for "value for money" was because I provided the replacement roof tiles and thought the cost could have been a little less. However, the replacement roof tiles and surrounding skylights were all done expertly. The 4 stars for the "Quality" was because I felt the lads had rushed the repair job after the rain, which was no fault of Joe. I found Joe immensely helpful.

Joe from masterproof roofers. Helped out and had concerns about the damage that was done by the recent bad weather we had. Joe and his team had the roof fixed and at a reasonable price. I was also reassured that payment didn't have to be right away which was a relief. Just want to thank Joe and his team.

Joe was great to deal with, very good customer service. The valley work looks good, much better than what is replaced, some slating had to be redone as i wasn't happy with it, im hoping it will stand the test of time, few other call backs relating to sealing the lead wall flashing, and leaks relating to this flashing detail, this was rectified, no leaks since. Id say more attention to detail from the lads doing the work would go along way, I hope there wont be a need for any more callouts, but Joe was understanding anytime i contacted him after, and im sure if i have any more issues ill be covered.

Great fast responds. Found the issue and repaired this. Included some addition work the was required.
