“overflow issue - ballcock dripping”
There was absolutely no bargain on the quote he gave me. He replaced ballcock in about 15 minutes, left the site and got paid. I was not on site. Later on we found that the new ballcock he replaced was making huge humming sound when the valve was closing. The water was still dripping inside the boiler. the actual ballcock was lose at the end and i have to fix it. he cut a pipe to the boiler and replaced it with another pipe , which was left hanging instead of securing it against something. When i called back, he started giving me instructions on how to fix these issues. I asked him to visit again to complete the job but he asked for for money for another visit. then he stopped replying me and answering my calls. I used to use tradesman.ie but i did nt get any reply from anyone this time so i tried you but i will be very reluctant to use your site again.

Been running plumbing projects worth 100s of mil and managing up to 80 plumbers so thought this would be easy!
What makes your services standout?
My focus is only both job and client satisfaction. My work is to the highest standards whether its replacing a washer in a tap to full project refurbs
What is your top advice for your customers?
Ask as many questions as you have and dont go with someone who cant answer them all
